It is learnt from sources close to Vishnuvardhan, the director of Ajith's next film, Arya is all set to play the antagonist role challenging the heroic acts of Ajith in the film.

It is Vishnuvardhan who introduced Arya in films with the flick 'Arindhum Ariyaamalum'. The duo also came together for 'Sarvam'. Now, Arya is going to do a pivotal role with grey shades in their next combo.

Nayantharao, who allegedly broke-up with Prabhu Deva, is pairing Ajith in this project that is produced by A M Ratnam. The film will go on floors after Ajith completes his 'Billa 2'.
