I Will Not Leave Rajini’s ‘Kochadaiyaan’: Deepika Padukone

"I will not leave Rajini film 'Kochadaiyaan' whatever happens," says Deepika Padukone, who has been roped in to do the female lead in Rajini's upcoming film.

As 'Race 2' Hindi film producers have made complaint against her in the Artistes' Association it was rumoured that the tall actress would be forced to leave Rajini film to go back to 'Race 2'. But, Deepika has categorically stated and taken a stand that whatever comes she would not walk out of 'Kochadaiyaan'.

"Even before I entered films I was an ardent fan of Rajinikanth, 'Rana' happened but due to Rajini sir's ill health the film is now shelved. When I was thinking that I would not get a chance again to act with him, to my surprise, 'Kochadaiyaan' came my way. I'm really lucky to have been included in Rajini film again. I look forward for the day I start my shoot with him," adds the dusky star.

'Kochadaiyaan' is all set to go on floors in March with Soundarya R Ashwin wielding the megaphone. K S Ravikumar is writing the script and Rajeev Menon cranking the camera. Oscar winner A R Rahman is scoring the music for the film.

This 3D animated film is being shot with the technology of 'Motion Capture' that was used in Hollywood films.
