While the makers had decided to unveil the first look along with the film's title on the festive occasion of Diwali, it was pushed furthermore to some more date on the last minute.

In the lag time, there are some sources bringing out some buzzes that the team has finalised the title of 'Thaaru Maaru' for this movie. When approached the unit members, they claim it to be a baseless rumour and the title is yet to be finalised.

Vijay 59 marks the second outing of Atlee, who delivered a breezy love story titled 'Raja Rani' and this movies features Samantha and Amy Jackson in female lead roles. GV Prakash has composed music and Vijay has crooned couple of tracks for this album as well.
