Owing to the huge reception that these two singles from the album from the music buffs, the filmmakers have decided to release the audio CDs today, December 15th, 2012.
The original plan was to launch the audio on December 17th, but fans will now find the CDs on the music stands from today onwards!

Mani Ratnam's Madras Talkies announced on recently that the music of 'Kadal', composed by A R Rahman, will be launched on December 17. But seems like that audio would hit the stores much earlier. The audio would be available across all stores from today(15th December).
The much awaited and anticipated audio release of Mani Ratnam's "Kadal" film was scheduled to come out on the 17th of December 2012. This is the debut film of Gautham Karthick and Tulasi Nair which is directed in music by AR Rahman.
The great news for the fans are that you have to wait no more! Due to the great hype and buzz, "Kadal" audio release has been preponed to the 15th of December 2012. Rush to the stores today and grab your copy of Mani Ratnam's "Kadal" audio CD!
The track list of the much awaited album Kadal is out on the internet. The film has been making news ever since Mani Ratnam announced it and recently, two singles from the soundtrack - Nenjukulley, and Elay Keechan have become highly popular. The latter has even topped the iTunes chart even before release of the final album. Madhan Karky and his veteran dad Kaviperarasu Vairamuthu have shared the lyrics in-between the songs.
