Earlier there were rumors that Hollywood hotties Anjelina Jolie and Megan Fox were to be cast in the movie which stars Ilayathalapathy Vijay.
Director Vijay, who is busy shooting in Mumbai for Thalaivaa with Vijay and Amala Paul, is surprised at the stories floating around about the film.
When asked him if the news reports that a Hollywood star would be part of his film were true, he rubbished it saying, "There is no international singer featuring in the film. We are not looking at any Hollywood star for any such role. This is a figment of some people's imagination."
On the progress of the film, he says that they are shooting at a brisk pace in Mumbai and their next schedule, as reported earlier, would be in Spain.
