Kamal Hassan's Viswaroopam has gone through many obstacles in the beginning but now Kamal Hassan seems to be enjoying savor of Success by Viswaroopam.

The movie was released after 12 days delay in Tamilnadu but still managed to cross 50 day milestone.

Viswaroopam is also one of the Tamil movies to get National awards. Birju Maharaj was awarded for best choreography and Lalgudi Ilayaraja was awarded for best art direction.

Kamal Hassan is busy canning the sequel for Viswaroopam. Kamal Hassan stated that Viswaroopam 2 will have Auro 3D sound format and he is now working with American technocrat Wilfried Van Baelen. Pooja Kumar, Andrea and Rahul Bose are also playing the main leads in the sequel. Shankar Ehsaan Loy trio is composing the tunes for this sequel as well.
