The audio of Samuthirakani directed Jayam Ravi starrer Nimirnthu Nil was a grand affair at a popular multiplex in Chennai.

The film which is a bilingual will later have the audio launch of its Telugu version Nani starrer Jendapai Kapiraju audio launch in Hyderabad.

It was a director's special at the function as almost all top directors of Tamil cinema like Vikraman, Gautham Menon, Sasikumar, Ameer, Pandiraj, Suseenthiran, Karu Palaniyappan, Vetrimaran, Jananadhan,, Cheran were spotted. They all had good words about Samuthirakani and Jayam Ravi.

Two songs and a rocking slick trailer were screened for the invitees.

Amala Paul who looked gorgeous in a majenta anarkali was the cynosure of all eyes and she got thunderous applause when she came up on stage. Kannada heroine Ragini Dwivedi who is also doing a role was present along with Nani and Soori.

Music director GV Prakash Kumar who was the hero of the day was at his modest best and gave the smallest speech possible. Arya who celebrates his birthday today came to wish good friend Ravi.
