Few years ago, Sona accused SPB Charan of sexual assault, the incident was much talked in the media, and it was really a dishonour for SPB.

At that time, Sona said Venkat Prabhu and Premji were her best friends and they save her from SPB Charan. She even filed a complaint against SPB Charan. Since then Sona and Venkat Prabhu are not talking to each other.

The ‘Biriyani’ director even appeared in public events with his friend SPB Charan which was a proof of his separation with Sona.

However, now after more than 2 years, Sona has filed complaint against Venkat Prabhu, claiming that he has to pay a huge amount of money to her. She even asked to ban 'Biriyani' until the sum is paid.

Biriyani is expected to release on December 20th in France by NightEd in the Mega CGR cinemas.
