Film, music industries to honour Yesudas
The Malayalam film and music industries will join hands to pay a befitting tribute to the immense contributions made by legendary Indian playback singer K.J. Yesudas in Kochi on March 6.
Titled ‘Heart Beats', the star nite is jointly organised by Divyakarunya Trust, Thiruvananthapuram, and Lions Club International (District 324E4) as a part of the fund raising programme for conducting 70 free open heart surgeries for the needy, including children suffering from heart ailments.
The event, to be held at Hotel Le Meridien, will start at 6 p.m. The organisers said that political and cultural representatives and friends of Yesudas will come together to pay tributes to the legendary singer.
