When many film producers are opting out for a different course of business, the AGS Entertainment has hop-skipped into showbiz leaving behind its existing line of works. They started off with a pretty low budget film ‘Thiruttu Payale’ that did extremely well at box office followed by continuous projects in Kollywood.
‘Santhosh Subramaniam’ ‘Maasilamani’, ‘Kandha Kottai’ and other projects had indeed yielded them better results. But their previous release ‘Irumbu Kottai Murattu Singam’ wasn’t a commendable show as it turned down their hopes. With their upcoming project ‘Madharasapattinam’ having been churned out at cost of Rs.20Crs, they’re pinning more hopes onto this film.
It seems that the producers are planning to market their film vigorously and make sure they pull more audiences for this show.
Their other film ‘Avan Ivan’ directed by Bala is the only film at moment that has more commercial values. Featuring Aarya and Vishal in lead roles, the film has Suriya performing cameo roles.
