This is one question that many have on their minds now! By now, we all know that after the roaring success of Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa, ace director Gautham Menon is currently busy with his quickie thriller starring Sameera Reddy and his assistant Veera. The director is expected to finish the project by August. So what is next on the cards?
Well! There are many answers to this question. Gautham Menon is expected to team up with 'Thala' Ajith for his much awaited 50th film. Gautham Menon has already confirmed that the technicians of VTV (including A.R. Rahman) will be a part of his Ajith film. The ace director is said to be planning an edge-of-the-seat thriller which will crown 'Thala' as the new James Bond of the South.
Then there are reports that Gautham Menon will remake his latest hit Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa in Hindi soon. The film will be jointly produced by IN Entertainment (Part of Hinduja Group) and Gautham Menon. Oscar winning musician A.R. Rahman will compose music for the Hindi version too. Trisha and Prateik Babbar have been signed to play the lead roles in Hindi.
And the list doesn' end there! Tollywood's new sensation Rana Daggubati of Leader fame will reportedly team up with Gautham Menon for a breezy romantic entertainer. The film will be a bilingual, being made in Tamil and Telugu simultaneously. Chirpy beauty Samantha plays the female lead. According to sources, the film’s photo shoot was recently held at the AVM Studios and the shooting will start in July.
