Padmashree Kamal Haasan has been a wonderful actor, who has endeavored on his every attempts on various arenas. Being a man of various avatars – actor, direction, screenwriter, producer, and technician and so on, he has proved his proficiencies vividly during these years. Indeed, he holds special mention for having won 19 Filmfare awards (Highest Number in India) in 5 different languages.

Union Broadcasting and Information Minister Ambika Suri will inaugurate the Film Festival in New Delhi on July 2, which will go on till July 5. The best films of Kamal Haasan including Hey Ram, Dasavatharam, Virumaandi, Anbe Sivam and few other regional films will be screened during this 3-Day Film Festival.
