While the entire media world was expecting Nayanthara to get converted into Hinduism or otherwise Nayanthara and Prabhu Deva will marry as per special marriage act.
Nayanthara’s original name is Diana Mariam Kurian. Sources close to Nayanthara reveal that initially Nayanthara was not worried about the religion and related sentiments. But now some close associate of Nayanthara has advised her that she should ask Prabhu Deva to convert into Syrian Christianity. Making him to get converted will make him to prove his sincerity on his love for her.
Prabhu Deva married Ramalath, a muslim girl and after marriage Ramalath was following Hinduism. But Prabhu Deva was not honest to her and now he is living with Nayanthara. So, Nayanthara was alert and is demanding him to change his religion. It’s also said that day-before-yesterday's pooja at Prabhu Deva's house and the rites followed were a step towards the same.
