Vikranth has broken his Vijay image after doing the role called Pandi in Gorippalayam. Through this film Vikranth has begun his second innings. Vikranth is also happy that he has been promoted as father. While speaking to the media, he said,” The film Gorippalayam is a different one from all the films I have acted.
I have donned the role of Pandi. This role has broken my brother’s Vijay image and has a given a separate identity. I am very thankful to director Raasu Madhuravan and producer Michael Rayappan who were the reason for this. Now I am currently acting in a film titled Vowaal. I am the sole hero in this film.
Raasu Madhuravan’s assistant Arulraasan is directing this film. Arundhathi who did the female lead role in Vezhuthu Kattu is pairing with me. I am also acting in the film Muthukku Muthakka directed by Raasu Madhuravan. In this film I am donning the role of the second child among the five. I am also the sole hero of this film.
Now the screenplay work is going on. The shooting of the film is to commence soon. Many are asking with which heroine I prefer to act. This is a tough thing to answer. As far as I am concerned everybody is acting well. Because of this I am not particular about acting with any specific heroine. I will act with everyone. I am Sneha madam’s great fan. I will be happy if I get the opportunity to act with her. I am very fond of watching Manirathnam sir, Bala sir and Gowtham Menon sir’s films.
