Think Music has won the bid for the audio rights of upcoming Shankar's film Robo. Sony music gave a tough competition to, but in the end it was Think Music, which had the last laugh. It has acquired the rights of Tamil and Telugu versions for whopping Rs.7 crores.
Earlier, superstar Rajinikanth and ace director Shankar's Sivaji music had topped the chart-buster in 2007 and trade analyst are predicting the same from Robo. Fans are expecting the same magic from Oscar Award winner AR Rahman, who has received the rave reviews for his music for Raavanan. Aishwarya Rai paired opposite Rajinikanth for the first time.
The audio of the Robo is all set to release on July 31 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Hollywood's leading production House HBO has organized a gala function.
