Actress Kasturi is one of those rare actresses who have sweated it out a lot to maintain their curves and figure in a steadfast manner despite their age on the wrong side of the thirties. Kasturi, who had been staying away from the arc lights for a long time, recently made her comeback in films as an 'item' girl in the film 'Tamizhpadam'.

In the recent Telugu film 'Don Seenu', Kasturi had 'liberally' exposed and her exposure is said to be one of the reasons for the film hitting the bull's eye at the box-office. She has been getting many offers to do similar roles in Telugu films and might star in Ravi Teja's next film too.

Kasturi has become so popular in Tollywood that almost all the new films that are being launched, her image inevitably appears in the advertisements and promos. It's not that she hasn't been getting any Tamil offers. A.R. Murugadoss, who is making the Suriya-Shruti Haasan starrer 'Ezhaaam Arivu', has reportedly assured Kasturi that she would be playing a significant role in the film.

Kasturi is not willing to reveal about the other major offer she's got. She has also been approached by Rasu Madhuravan (of 'Goripalayam' fame) to perform an 'item number' in his next film.
