Superstar Rajnikanth has fostering father of Ajith Kumar when it comes to his film profession and spiritual growth. It has been a well known fact that the duo often meet together at their farm houses discussing on such arenas.

The news about Ajith Kumar playing the lead character in ‘Chandramukhi-2’ has been creating higher waves. P. Vasu himself had reaffirmed about remaking the Kannada film ‘Aptharakshaka’ in Tamil as ‘Chandramukhi-2’.

P. Vasu confirms that the film will go on floors and Rajnikanth himself had recommended Ajith Kumar to play the lead role. But he has completely denied it as baseless rumor on superstar Rajnikanth appearing in cameo role.

As of now, the trio is busy with its own projects like ‘Enthiran’, ‘Puli Vesham’ and ‘Mangaatha’. It looks, there is a long time left for them to confirm on this project.
