Mithran K. Jawahar's Dhanush-Genelia starrer Uthama Puthiran, a remake of Telugu super hit Ready, is all set to grace theatres on October 5. The latest buzz is that the film will released in 600 theatres across the country.
The film, starring Bhagyaraj, Jayaprakash and Vivek in important roles, has already wrapped up the shoot. Produced by Balaji Studios Pvt. Ltd., Uthama Puthiran is Dhanush's third movie with Jawahar. The film has tremendous title value, as it is a Sivaji Ganesan super hit title of the 1960s.
