Being famous comes with a bit of responsibility and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is certainly realising that. Even as it approaches its release date, Guzaarish is already marred with controversies. The latest in this regard happens to revolve around posters of the film, which show her 'lighting up'.

The posters of Guzaarish, which show the stunning actress holding a cigarette as she gazes at Hrithik Roshan haven't gone down well with the medical community. Doctors cite that these images are giving a wrong impression to the youth of India. They say that as Aishwarya is extremely popular with the youth, they are deemed to follow suit if they see her smoke.

Apart from being miffed with the movie producers, the medical community is also angry at Mumbai based BEST service, for allowing these posters to be displayed on their buses.

As a mark of protest, Doctors for You, a non-profit-organisation has decided to wear black badges on day of the release of the film.
