Ram Gopal Varma’s bi-lingual film ‘Raththa Charithiram’ was slated for release on November 19 and the promotions were on. But now we hear that the film has been pushed by a week to release on November 26. The postponement is to accommodate 'Chikku Bhukku' starring Arya and Shriya. After hearing RC release, it is said that Arya approached Durai Dhayanidhi whose Cloud Nine Movies is distributing Tamil 'Raththa Charithiaram' and requested him to push it by a week so that his ‘Chikku Bhukku’ will have a safe run for at least a week.

A similar request was also extended to the hero Suriya and both of them agreed. Similarly Shriya also appealed to Ram Gopal Varma for a change.

Heeding to all the requests Durai Dhayanidhi has decided to release ‘Raththa Charithiram’ on November 26. That’s what you call camaraderie. Gen-Y always makes a difference you see.
