Pithamagan and Kaakha Kaakha will be the two most crucial and important films in my career. These movies shaped my career to a greater magnitude' says Suriya.

The actor adds that the two back-to-back films had him some different roles to enact. 'I had to play a tough police officer role in 'Kaakha Kaakha' while in 'Pithamagan' as a local roadside chiseler. But I am happy to see that Karthi has played two different roles in the same film. I am so enthralled watching his stunning performance and I am going to be the film's PRO from today.'
