Gowtham Menon and Lingusamy together had previously appeared together for the trailer and website launch of 'Siruthai'. The same duo came together upon the dais for launching the audio of Dayanidhi Azhagiri's
maiden independent production 'Thoonga Nagaram'. The occasion also witnessed coming together of filmmakers K.V. Anand, Sasikumar, Samuthirakkani, Ameer, entire crew of 'Thoonga Nagaram' and others.

During the occasion, producer Dayanidhi Azhagiri stated that Gowtham Menon had designed the logo for the banner of 'Cloud Nine Movies'. Considering it as a specialty, it was one of the reasons to invite him for this audio launch as it marks the first independent production of his banner.

Since the film is based on 'Madurai', the special invitees for the occasion embellished the praises of this City that never sleeps.
