Asin replaces Deepika in Housefull 2
Deepika Padukone, who played Akshay Kumar’s heroine in director Sajid Khan’s Bollywood super hit Housefull (2010), will not be part of the film’s forthcoming sequel!
After a long wait to get Deepika’s dates for the sequel, director Sajid Khan has finally decided to choose another heroine and finalized South Indian beauty Asin for Housefull 2.
Notably, Asin was to play the lead opposite Akshay Kumar much earlier in her career in Bollywood, when Priyadarshan offered her De Dana Dan. However, Asin had opted out of the project.
