Suriya and director KV Anand's combo is coming for the second time with the film titled Maatran. Their earlier combo is Ayan and which turned out to be a hit.

In this film Suriya will be seen in five different roles for the first time. Earlier we heard that it is Kajal Agarwal who is playing the role of Suriya's love interest in Maatran. But now director KV Anand is trying out to pull Bollywood heroines to cast opposite our handsome Suriya. Sources say that Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha of Dabangg fame or Anushka Sharma of Band Baaja Baaraat are in consideration for the female leads for Maatran. However things are to be finalized officially.

Director KV Anand is bringing in his favourite crew Suriya, Harris Jayraj writer Suba on board of Maatran. AGS Entertainment of Kalpathi S Aghoram is producing the film.
