Shriya Saran after setting the screen on fire in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and English, she is now looking to repeat the same magic in Sandalwood too. Buzz is that soon Shriya will be seen in a big budget film in Kannada.

She earlier made a cameo appearance in a Kannada film Arasu which featured Puneeth Raj Kumar, Ramya and Meera Jasmine in the lead roles. After that she got busy with her other projects and now it is heard that she is going to share the screen space with Upendra. Director P. Vasu who is very popular in Sandalwood is going wield the megaphone for this film. The filmmakers are in talks with the gorgeous if all goes well Shriya is going strike Sandalwood silver screen very soon.

She is currently shooting for a film in Sri Lanka and she sizzled at the IPL launch with Bollywood Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan.
