Bollywood actor Jackie Shroff was in Chennai recently to promote his much awaited Kollywood film Aaranya Kaandam, directed by Kumraraja Thyagarajan and produced by S.P. Charan's Capital Film Works. The actor was all praise for Kumaraja and even said that he would love to work with the director again if given a chance.

Jackie Shroff also revealed that it's the S.P. Balasubramanyam factor that made him sign the film. "When S.P. Balasubramanyam's son approached me with this script, there was never a second thought," he said.

And that's not all, the Bollywood actor has also managed to learn a few words in Tamil. "Vanakkam", "Nalla Irukiya", "Saaptiya", "Tamil therima", the actor said with a smile.
