Inspired by the immense success of Chennai International Fashion Week for the last two years, fashion producers Storm Fashion Company is now planning to take to bring Kerala’s fashion lovers closer to their favorite designers, models and celebs at Kochi.
It is organizing Kochi International Fashion Week (KIFW) at Casino Hotel, Kochi from July 07 to 10, 2011, a press note said. Award winning ex-model-actress-singer Mamta Mohandas is the brand ambassador of KIFW. Actor Siddique will be the Chief Editor of Lifestyle magazine Facebook and one of the members of the advisory committee to add glitz and glamour to the event.
The debut season of Kochi International Fashion Week will see international participation of two international designers showcasing their collections and four international beauty pageant winners from various countries walking the runway.
KIFW will also feature selected international models scorch the runway along with their Indian counterparts. In total, 16 fashion designers, including iconic Indian designers, established international designers and upcoming designers from India and abroad will be coming together at the event.
