Superstar Rajinikanth has been shifted to private ward from Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as his health is constantly showing progress. On May 29^th he has been admitted at Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre in Singapore due to renal failure.

A team of top specialists are continuously monitoring Rajini's health and has performed dialysis on him, which has seen the actor making good progress. Sources in eth know how say that Rajini is spotted spending time with his family members and he even played for sometime with his grand children Yathra and Linga who came along with Latha Rajinikanth. On considering the progress that Rajini is making the chances seem to be less for him to undergo for kidney transplantation.
