Contrary to reports that Superstar Rajnikanth's health condition had deteriorated since Saturday, sources close to the star have confirmed that the actor's health has been improving and he has been advised complete rest by his doctors. The sources also revealed that Rajinikanth is in a ward (not Intensive Care Unit). Reportedly the actor is suffering from pneumonia, renal and gastro-intestinal problems. Notably, this is the third time the actor is been admitted in the hospital in two months.
