National Award winning actor-director-producer Prakashraj, who debuted as a director last year with the average grosser Nanu Nanna Kanasu (remake of Abhiyum Naanum in Tamil), is getting ready with his second directorial venture: Swaroopa (Kannada).
In a press meet organized after a special premiere show of his second production Puttakkana Highway in Bengaluru, Prakashraj disclosed that Swaroopa will be jointly made by him and Shylaja Nag. It will be a bilingual to be simultaneously made in Kannada and Tamil, he said.
“Right now I have to finish my commitment to two Hindi films Budhdha with Amitabh Bachchan and the Hindi remake of the Tamil hit Singam with Ajay Devgn. In the remake of Singam, I am playing the same role that I essayed in the original Tamil film,” he added.
