Yuvan Shankar Raja who has completed composing music for Mankatha has started composing the songs of Ajith’s much awaited Billa 2.
The shooting of Billa-2 is all set to start as soon as Ajith wraps up Mankatha.
Billa-2 is directed by Chakri Toleti and is a prequel to the earlier part Billa. Billa-2 is all about on how David, an ordinary man becomes Billa, a dreaded underworld don. Huma Qureshi is going to star opposite Ajith in Billa-2. The film is produced by George Pious and Suresh Balaji, son of producer-actor K. Balaji, under the banner of Wide Angle Creations. Interestingly, K. Balaji is the producer of the original Billa which has Rajinikanth in the lead role.
Mumbai based Sunir Kheterpal, CEO of IN Entertainment (India) Limited, part of the Hinduja Group is presenting the film.
Billa 2 technical team includes: cinematographer Nirav Shah, Editor Sreekar Prasad and Music director Yuvan Shankar Raja.
