Billa 2 would be the debut film for Huma Qureshi and she is surely going to stay her for a long time after the release of the film. Tamil-speaking Vimala Raman who is trying her luck for the past few years might strike gold with Billa 2.

Billa 2, instead of continuing from where the first part ended, would concentrate on the origin of Billa and find out grounds as to what made him the dreaded don that he became later.
