Rima Kallingal said "Kollywood is encouraging many Malayalam stars and hoping that I will also turn as a big actress like all of them". However the actress is currently busy with Malayalam movies and has great hopes on Yuvan Yuvathi as she is the pivot around which the film revolves.

Yuvan Yuvathi is a light-hearted romantic flick which features Chocolate-boy Bharath and Rima Kallingal in the lead roles while Santhanam and veteran actor Sampath play other pivotal roles. The movie has all the ingredients of a romantic film and will surely appeal the audiences.

The film is directed by Kumaravelan while story and dialogues are written by S. Ramakrishnan.

If Yuvan Yuvathi comes out as a winner at the box office than it is for sure that Rima will be showered with more offers in Tamil.
