According to sources from Kodambakkam, actor Vijay is going to file a complaint against Sun group chairman Kalanidhi Maaran, Sun pictures COO Hansraj Saxena and his aid Ayyappan soon.

Over the past 5 years, whoever as close to the Sun Pictures, Sun TV - most movie producers, distributors, theater owners now turned against to them.

Sun Pictures released Vijay starring Vettaikaran, Sura which makes him close to Sun Pictures. But it was not the fact during the release of Kaavalan.

Sun Pictures Saxena, Ayyappan gave more trouble in release of Kaavalan on time & it got released 3 days later, Vijay directly involved into this and released the movie and pointed out that because of Sun pictures the film incurred crores of loss.

Saxena, Ayyappan were already arrested for 4 cases & fraud, intimidation complaints have been registered against Kalanidhi Maran which comes to hearing on July 26.

Vijay's complaint in this situation will make it a worse time for the Sun group.

At the same time the distributors who where demanding compensation from Vijay for Sura's loss are now silenced.
