Actor Mohan Babu’s daughter Lakshmi is a film producer. She met Rajni and sought his blessings. Rajnikanth had been to Singapore for treatment as he was suffering from respiratory and kidney malfunctions. After the treatment he returned to Chennai.

The doctors had advised complete rest and because of this visitors were prohibited to meet him. At this juncture Bollywood super star Shah Rukh Khan had requested Rajni to appear in a guest role in the Hindi film Ra One. Rajni accepted this and acted his sequence in Mumbai on 2nd of this month. Because of this Shah Rukh is coming to Chennai tomorrow to thank Rajni in his house.
In between, Telugu popular actor and Rajni’s close friend Mohan Babu’s daughter Lakshmi had met Rajni in his house. She sought the blessings of Rajni since she is going to produce a film. She also took a photo with him. Lakshmi while speaking about this visit said, " I along with my brother Manoj are producing a film tilted Varuvaan Thalaivan in Tamil and Telugu.

Deeksha Seth, Sonu Sood and K Bhagyaraj are starring in this film. I have already commenced the work regarding this. I wanted to get the blessings of Rajni uncle who is our close family friend. I met him in his Poes Garden residence recently. He was very cheerful than before. He was cracking jokes. We spoke a lot about cinema. We were speaking for more than a hour. When he was admitted in the hospital there were so many rumours about his health. Only when I saw him I knew that all these rumours were false."
