Exclusive Interview With STAR WARS Hollywood Stunt Master TOM DELMAR : He Said Vijay's Most Daring Stunts Till Date Is In " VELAYUDHAM "
Ilayathalapathy Vijay starrer Velayudham is gearing up for is release on 26th October on the eve of Diwali. As informed earlier, Velayudham is Vijay’s costliest film till date and the film showcases few daring high octane stunts done by Vijay under the supervision of Hollywood stunt master Tom Delmar.
The action sequence on the top of the train and another fight sequence inside the Chennai harbour are said to be the highlights of the film. Vjiay has done some risky daring stunts in the film without a body double.
Now the hot news is that Vijay has performed some of the highly risky stunts without a body double! The train fight was shot for 11 days in Vizag with Vijay taking on the baddie Abhimanyu Singh.
Tom who was literally astonished with the way Vijay works says, "His energy levels are very high. Some of the fight scenes designed was very tough and dangerous and I and director Raja insisted that we use a substitute. But Vijay was very adamant that he would do it by himself and used to rehearse for hours together. He is so dedicated that he wouldn't mind performing more takes till he gets perfection"
Directed by Raja and produced by big banner Aascar Films, Velayudham features Genelia and Hansika as the leading ladies. Abhimanyu Singh is essaying a baddie role.
Priyan handled the cinematography while Vijay Antony composed the tunes for the film. .
