Bharathiraja’s next directorial venture Anna Kodiyum Kodi Veeranum is said to have halt its shooting due to Mullai Periyar issue. The current schedule of shoot was taking place in Theni district prior.

Anna Kodiyum Kodi Veeranum casts Karthika and Iniya in the lead roles. It seems that director has asked the heroines to pack off to their homes, as he might not commence the shoot till Mullai Periyar issue gets over.

The Mullai Periyar issue is still unresolved and the director might not find it possible to shoot as it is involved the two states Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
