Hansika Motwani just delivered the hit film ‘Velayudham’ with ‘Ilaya Thalapathy’ Vijay pairing opposite her, and the actress is high about the success of the film and also about her upcoming projects.

The bubbly star is all set to start her new film with Simbhu for ‘Vettai Mannan’ in which she dons the role of a gangster. “Yes, I’m doing the role of a rough lady in this film. I’m not playing the love interest of Simbhu but mine is a crucial role for the film,” says the pretty star. Actor Jai and new face Deeksha Seth also feature in prominent roles. Deeksha Seth plays the love interest of the film.

‘Oru Kal Oru Kannadi’ is the film that the Hansika is now doing with director Rajesh M, Udhayanidhi Stalin and Santhanam. The film is left with only two songs that the unit is planning to have the shoot in Egypt and Dubai. She is also likely to pair Dhanush again (after her ‘Maappillai’) in the film ‘Maareesan’.
