Jeeva is celebrating his 28th birthday today on the sets of Mugamoodi, being directed by Mysskin. KollyInsider wishes Jeeva on behalf his fans and viewers a very happy birthday.


Jeeva, who is the son of ace producer R.B.Chowdary was born in 1984 and started his industry career in 1996, as a child artist in his father’s production. The actor has debuted as hero with Aasai Aasaiyai in 2003 and so far acted in 18 films till Vandhaan Vendraan and awaiting three releases during 2012.

Jeeva was the winner for Cyprus International Film Festival award for best actor in 2005 for the film Raam that has story, screenplay and direction by Ameer Sultan. The actor was also been nominated for Vijaya Award for best actor in 2007 for the movie Katradhu Thamizh.

The versatile star also debuted to Malayalam industry with the movie Keerthi Chakra in 2006 and the lead pair was awarded with Asian Film Award for the star best pair, which was shared by Jeeva and Gopika.

Jeeva has good climb in his career during 2011with the blockbuster hit KO in K.V.Anand direction and the actor is expecting to continue the same in 2012 with his forthcoming releases, Nanban a multistarrer project sharing screen with Ilayathalapathy Vijay, sexy siren Ileana and Srikanth, following with Neethane En Ponvasantham being directed by Gautham Menon while Samantha plays Jeeva’s love interest and Mugamoodi is taking shape in the hands of Mysskin while Pooja Hedge and Naren are playing lead roles along with Jeeva.
