Kollywood is marking 2 big releases, for Pongal in 2012, noted both are multistarrer films.
There was abuzz in Kollywood, about the two multistarrer movies Shankar's Nanban and Lingusamy's Vettai releasing on the same day. Now it is confirmed that the most awaited films Vijay's Nanban is marking its release on 12th Jan and Madhavan, Arya starrer Vettai releasing on 14th Jan.
Besides many guesses the producers now confirmed the release dates. Gemini Film Circuit producing Nanban had certified with a clean 'U' certificate in the ending of 2011, while UTV Motion Pictures Vettai has to be certified, which is censored this week.
Many theaters throughout Tamilnadu are giving tickets well in advance as there are no other major releases for Pongal.
