'Chozhanadu' is an upcoming film made with a script that is entirely dedicated to the history and lifestyle of our Tamil culture.

"The film speaks about the values of our culture and lifestyle what we have been losing due to the invasion of western lifestyle. We have depicted the values of the relationships in our family like Brother-Sister, Brother-in-laws, and Cousins. We have also spoken about the 'Moi Virundhu' practiced in the Tanjavur area where people around come to feast and offers money to help the family," says Ravichandran, the writer and director of the film.

The film also focuses on the disappearing indigenous games that develop the spirit of mind and body.
New faces Deva and Ashitha play the lead characters. Brahadeeshwarar has scored the music. Mohan Kumar has handled the camera.

The unit has just completed the shoot in the areas around Pattukottai and Peravurani in Tanjavur district.
