Prakash Raj's first directorial venture Dhoni is certified with a clean U certificate.

Dhoni is a bilingual film that is gearing up to hit the screens on February 10th in Tamil and Telugu, which is certified with a clean U by censor board members both in Tamil and Telugu. The movie has launched its audio on January 28th in Tamil along with Isaipuyal Ilayaraja performing live in the concert, which is getting mixed reviews from listeners.

Prakash Raj's Dhoni has child artist Akash, Mugdha Godse, Radhika Apte and Thalaivasal Vijay along with him in the pivot roles. Prakash Raj is producing the film under Duet Movies banner, which has cinematography by K.V.Guhan, editing by Kishore.Te and music was composed by maestro Ilayaraja.
