After garnering accolades for his recent release, Vasanthabalan's Aravaan, Aadhi is gearing up yet again for an action thriller.


This is for the bi-lingual, titled Maranthein Maniththen, produced by Manchu Entertainments, where the actor will be co-starring with Taapsee for the first time.

Three schedules of the movie have been completed and the unit is preparing for the final schedule in the grueling heat of Rajamundhry, in Andhra. The actor is expected to join the unit in a few days.

The climax portions remain to be shot which include some emotional scenes with the Godavari as a backdrop. Debutant Kumar, an associate of Krishna Vamsi, is directing this film, set on a true incident in the Eighties.

Adhi says, "The film has realistic emotions and I am looking forward to the last schedule where the climax will give me an opportunity to portray a wide range of emotions."
The final schedule is expected to go on for ten days.
