Ajith's 'Billa 2' is one of the films that are being much expected in south cinema. The latest big news at the film front is the sale of its audio rights to Sony Music.
Yes, the audio rights has been sold to the music giant for a whopping price by the makers of the film. As the music of films of Ajith - Yuvan combos never failed to hit the top of the charts this film is also sold for a heavy price. The last release of Ajith, 'Mankatha', 'Billa' and 'Dheena' are the standing proof for the combo's big successes.

'Billa 2' is in the final stages of its shoot and Chakri Toleti, the director of the film is all set to complete it by the end of this month and release the film for Ajith's birthday – May 1st.

The film is a prequel of 2007 film 'Billa' and features Ajith, Parvathy Omanakuttan, Bruna Abdullah, Prabhu and Rahman in the lead. Yuvan Shankar Raja has scored the tunes and the music for the film.

The audio of the film is expected to get released in March end or April 1st week.
