Superstar Rajinikanth's film 'Kochadaiyaan' has already started its shoot in London with Rajini, Sarathkumar and other lead actors participating in it.
  As the film is progressing at a fast pace lot of interesting tidbits about the film has come to the light. The following are those interesting tidbits presented exclusively for filmics.com fans.

The film is based on some historical characters and the script has taken the liberty of fictionalizing incidents around these characters. Major parts of the film cover these characters and crucial part has a different contemporary set up
Rajinikanth has three different getups in the film. In one of these three Rajini comes without moustache, like how he appears in the film 'Thillu Mullu'.
One of the getups also resembles the looks of the great king of Maurya Kingdom, King Ashoka. Rajini comes with long hair and beard!
The film has more than 6 villains fighting Rajinikanth. For this the makers have created the animated images of yesteryear legendary villains P S Veerappa, R S Manohar and M N Nambiar.
The film also has a host of comedy actors giving that comedy relief. Versatile comedian Nagesh (his image) performs a double role, and other the images of famous comedians like K A Thangavelu is also created for the film.
The actresses acting in the film would also appear in the get ups of those yesteryear historical film heroines like T R Rajakumari, Anjali Devi and Padmini.
Even the war scenes are done like the shot of our classic historical films like 'Chandraleka' and 'Karnan'!
Rajini himself has suggested many fresh ideas from books that he has read.
The film features a host of big stars including Deepika Padukone, Sarathkumar, Shobana, Jackie Shroff, Rukmini, Aadhi and Nasser in the lead roles.
