Saradha’s new film on child trafficking

Director Saradha Ramanathan who made off-beat movies like Singaram, which won three National Awards is back with Puthiya Thiruppangal.

The film has Nanda and Andrea along with 13 year old Dharini in the lead.

This time Sarada is investigating child trafficking, which is one of the biggest rackets listed by the crime branch.

The film has music by Vidyasagar and camera by national award winning cinematographer Madhu Ambat

Sarada Ramanathan said: " Puthiya Thiruppangal is a different type of film which would be engaging and entertaining with a positive message. Nana plays a crucial role of a guy who is left with the responsibility of saving a 13 year old."
