Right from his debut in Pasanga and his subsequent Kalavani that took him to greater heights, we have been seeing actor Vimal as a dhothi clad rustic youth.

For a change, Vimal has been offered a city slicker role in his forthcoming flick Sillunnu Oru Sandhippu (earlier titled Silu Silunnu Oru Sandhippu) for which the Etthan star has gone in for a stylish image makeover.

He has two hot girls Oviya and Deepa Shah (of Yuddham Sei fame) as his love interests.
The film is a breezy romantic entertainer set against a city backdrop and directed by Ravi Lallin. A portion of the film was shot in Malaysia over 25 days.

The climax and a few important scenes and songs will be shot in Ooty once the film strike is called off.
