'Aachi' Manorama is returned home after a brief hospitalization recently.

She was admitted in the hospital 10 days ago for a breathing problem and was kept under intensive care.
    The veteran actress is now back home with good health. The actress is now doing her daily duties on her own. She may soon be seen in films with Suriya ('Singam') and another film titled 'Peraandi', a full-length comedy where she plays a grandmother.
  
The actress is also been flooded with offers in Tamil and Telugu with filmmakers making beeline at her doorstep for signing the versatile actress but she is being very careful in choosing roles considering her age and health.
  
Manorama holds the world record of having acted in most number of films in world cinema history. She has acted in more than 1000 films spanning 6 decades. She has acted with 5 Chief Ministers viz. Annadurai, MGR, NTR, Kalaignar and Jayalalithaa of Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.
