Gautham Menon is not only a good director he has also proved that he could produce good films too with his production company Photon Kathas.

The director, who is currently directing 'Neethane En Ponvasantham' is also producing a Tamil film titled 'Thanga Meengal'.

    Along with 'Thanga Meengal' the filmmaker has started another Tamil film, a small budget film directed by debutant Prem Sai, a former assistant of Prbhu Deva. The film is titled 'Tamilselvanum Thaniyar Anjalum' and is all set to start its shoot soon.

    The film features Jai, Santhanam, Abhinaya and VTV Ganesh in the lead and is made with a genre that is entirely new to Tamil cinema. Gautham says if the film does well then it will be followed by its sequels 'Tamilselvanum Varuvaithuraiyum' and 'Tamilselvanum Pothupanithuraiyum'.

    'Thanga Meengal', featuring director Ram, Padmapriya and Sadhana, is nearing its completion. This is Ram's second directorial venture after his critically acclaimed 'Katrathu Tamizh'.

    'Neethane En Ponvasantham' is a trilingual film with Jiiva, Nani and Aditya Roy Kapur in the lead roles in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi respectively. Samantha plays the female lead in all the languages. 'Isaignani' Ilayaraja scores music for the film and the film is produced by Photon Kathas and R S Infotainment.
 
 Next to this trilingual the director is starting his spy-thriller 'Yohan: Athyayam Ondru' with Vijay playing the lead.
