Veteran filmmaker, R. Sundarrajan, who has produced super hits starring the likes of Rajinikanth, Vijayakanth and Mohan, took a sabbatical from filmmaking for what he attributes to "personal reasons," is back with a big bang.
He is presently working on a project with chorographer, actor and filmmaker, Lawrence, playing the lead protagonist, for a family drama that is said to be titled, Uyir Ezhutthu. The story tells of friendship and the value of cultivating good relations. Vaseegaran plays the second hero. Keerthi Chawla, who was also on a hiatus, is back and playing a stage singer in Uyir Ezhutthu.

"Kanchana has showcased Lawrence in a different light. Here he will be seen in a totally new avatar and his riveting performance at the climax of the flick will be awesome," vouches producer Srikanth.

Music in the movie is by Deva. The makers have also planned a unique promotion stint with Lawrence, but prefer to keep it under wraps for now.
